• Full Refund Within 14 Days: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
• Pro-Rata Refund After 14 Days: If you cancel after 14 days but before full delivery of Services, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund based on the unused portion of Services.
• No Refund After Completion: Once Services are fully delivered or completed, no refunds will be issued.
• Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund, contact us via Contact Form with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
• Dispute Resolution: If you dispute a refund decision, we will engage in good faith discussions to reach an equitable solution.
